With over three decades in the real estate industry and more than 22 years in mortgage lending, Suz brings a wealth of experience and insight to every client interaction. Licensed since 2003, she has worked extensively in both traditional residential lending and private mortgage solutions, including small commercial deals.
Suz is a former MIC manager and director and currently manages a portfolio of private investors, helping clients access short-term mortgage solutions for credit repair, debt consolidation, and transitional financing. She is also a specialist in reverse mortgages, offering tailored advice to clients navigating later-life lending options.
Known for her thoughtful and straightforward approach, Suz focuses on finding the right solution for each client’s unique needs, drawing on her deep knowledge of both mainstream and alternative lending options.
Outside of work, Suz enjoys spending time with her husband of 30 years, their three children, and three grandchildren. Her ideal downtime includes cruising, relaxing with friends, and making memories with her family.
